If you wish, we can set up a customer service facility to answer questions from professionals (including doctors) and participants. Questions are answered by telephone, email or using a chat function on a website.

Language is no barrier. The languages we speak include English, Spanish, French, German, Danish, Polish and Dutch. Naturally, each case is documented in special software. The required report becomes a lot easier as a result, and – moreover – more reliable. And we can easily link the report to your software system, for example using web services on the basis of XML format.
